Rejected petition For rail companies to offer part-time rail fare options for part-time workers.

With the recent rail fare increases and improvements in smart card technology I am disappointed to see that there are no options for part-time workers to save on their season tickets.
This greatly disadvantages those with caring responsibilities particularly women and acts as a barrier to work.
