Rejected petition Help Maidenhead and Windsor to help the homeless in the Royal Borough

The Brett Foundation, a local charity that cares for the homeless in the Royal Borough, calls for help from the local council to provide a long term centre, and a permanent shelter, to support the homeless in the Borough. We call on Simon Dudley to help us, not hinder us.

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.

Petitions must call for a specific action from the UK Government or the House of Commons. We can't accept your petition because it calls for action from the Royal Borough of Maidenhead and Windsor, not the UK Government or Parliament.

You could raise this issue with a local councillor who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillor is and how to contact them:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
