We the undersigned call for a binding national referendum to decide whether or not Her Majesty's Government should invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to negotiate the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union. This petition seeks to utilise the following provision; ''The petition with the most signatures will enable members of the public to table a bill eligible to be voted on in Parliament'' as set out in Article 24 of the Coalition's Programme for Government.
