According to official Bank of England data, at the end of August 2011, the Bank held 9.9m ounces of gold on behalf of the UK government, including gold swapped or on loan.

As the owner of the Bank of England, we the undersigned petition the UK Treasury to order the Bank of England to reveal how much of our 9.9m ounces of gold is on loan or swapped.
