Rejected petition Both parents to be named on the child's birth certificate
For many years I’ve been refused access to my daughter. I have no rights as the mother wouldn’t put me on the birth certificate. There are thousands of parents - women and men - that have no parental rights due to not being on the birth certificate. Put yourself in our shoes.
