Rejected petition Change Bus Prices For Under 18s

We want to change the bus prices for under 18s because it will enable them to travel to their educational places. Also it will decrease pollution because it will encourage people to use buses instead of cars. It will also encourage younger people to use buses because the prices will be lowered.
