My 19 Month Old Has Been In And Out Of Ward 15 At The Rah Since He Was A Newborn Baby And Also Has Open Door Policy that I just Take Him To Ward 15 and they Deal With Him And Always Received A High Level Of Care At The RAH Children Will Die Due To This Ward Getting Shut
