Closed TIGHTEN LAWS TO CONTROL BAILIFFS AND KEEP THEM WITHIN THE LAW

WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THE LAWS `TIGHTENED` THAT CONTROL BAILIFFS TO MAKE THEM ABIDE WITH LAWS AND DEAL WITH PEOPLE IN A LEGAL MANOR INSTEAD OF BEING `BULLIES` WITH THERE ACTIONS, ALSO TO MAKE SURE THAT THE DISABLED AND PEOPLE WITH MENTAL PROBLEMS ARE DEALT WITH IN A FAIR AND PROPER MANOR, THEY SHOULD ALSO GET THERE FACTS RIGHT PRIOR TO TAKING ACTION AND IF NOT PAY OUT COMPENSATION FOR THE ERRORS, ALSO NO BAD LANGUAGE OR THREATS OF VIOLENCE.
