Closed To alter the trade description act so as to include new build homes

We would like tighter regulations in statute to enforce what is sold off plan and what is built. This should include updated quantifiable building standards with fixed time limits to rectify issue / problems with new builds. This will be enforced by daily fines, similar to over runs on the railways

There is a ground swell of people who have been and still are facing unfair treatment due to wholly or outdated regulations. It is time UK law supported UK people not large companies.
