Petition Ban ALL formulas on public sale that contain microbeads.

The government is banning the use of microbeads in "Rinse off" products. The cosmetic companies complain that to reformulate all their products which contain microbeads would mean changing 90% of their formulas. So government's ban only covers 10% of the use of microbeads.
