Currently, interest rates on student loans are linked to RPI (or RPI+3% for higher earners) .

Given that annual increases in salary and pensions are now generally linked to the Consumer Price Index rather than the Retail Price Index, is it not equitable for Student Loans to also now be linked to the CPI
