Closed Lower Prescription charges

People already pay taxes which goes to medicine which technically means that everyone is paying twice. This means we pay to make or buy them from other places, then we pay again to get them from a pharmacy which is ridiculous.

Some people get prescription that doesn’t work, but they still have to pay for a new prescription. This is not fair as you cannot get a refund and the prescription did not do what it was made to do.
