Rejected petition Change the misscarage and abortion law to 18wks from 24wks

It's be proven that some babies born premature have gone on to live a healthy life with or with out disabilities but it should not be for the drs to decide weather the infant lives or dies the drs and nurses have a duty of care and that should apply to any baby that is born Alive.

It's more humane to allow a mother to grieve if the child dies knowing all the help was given rather then no help at all
