DWP benefits (like Jobseekers allowance, living allowance) &other benefits (like council tax benefits, care allowance, mobility allowance) should not be paid to non-British citizens, except in very exceptional circumstances. The money saved can be used for projects like enabling foreign benefit claimants to resettle back in their country of origin, more custody places for illegal immigrants, failed asylum seekers, more custody places abroad for foreign prisoners & asylum seekers.
