This means, a tenant pairing £500 a month in rent may be forced to pay more than £40 per month in rent to cover the letting agents' costs for providing their service to tenants.
This will cover our tenant fee of £400 in ten months, meaning tenants will pay an extra £80 on top of our fees. If they spend ten years in the property, they will have spent £800 extra just because the government want to ban fees.
