Rejected petition Change the way CMS is obtained and for both parties to be given interviews

A chance for both parties to come forward with regards to CMS and the amount paid. This would include the cost of travelling and any worries either parent has with the other parent with regards to living situation and backgrounds (i.e. Drugs concerns) And for them to have greater powers re issues
