Closed Order for a new and updated Family Justice Review Report to be completed.

The last Family Justice Review was filled in November 2011. Almost 7 years ago. A new Family Justice Review is long overdue and a new updated report should be conducted to further improve the Family Justice System.

The last and Final Family Justice Review Report was completed by Mr Norgove in November 2011. The government should now consider a new and updated Family Justice Review Report to be completed. There are many changes and improvements that could be discussed for instance; Fathers are not granted automatic parental responsibility like mothers are. The impact of Parental Alienation abuse and how the Justice system intends to address this. Further ways to encourage and facilitate contact for children
