Petition Failure to pay a County Court Judgement results in a criminal offence.

I won a CCJ in civil dispute case. I was awarded £10,410.88. They failed to pay by the deadline summonsed by Court. High Court bailiffs have failed to retrieve the funds. This can happen to anyone. There is no protection in a civil dispute. I want the law to change to protect the public.
