Following the recent report by Lord Davies 'Women on boards' containing overwhelming evidence in favour of creating quotas to increase female representation, we would like the Government to follow the success of Norway and other EU countries. We demand this Government legislates to apply a 20% quota for female directors within 3 years rising to 40% within 6 years for all listed and non listed companies and that it imposes sanctions for non compliance.
