I don't feel that mental health is taking seriously in our community's in schools and within social settings . people are afraid to discuss there mental health .

I feel like mental health needs to be accepted and treated in the same catagory as physical health problems . there needs to be more amediate help in place on offer for anyone struggling with mental health that reach out for help within schools and doctors .
