Petition Re open the Railway line between Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton

The 8 mile section of track is currently used as a walking route but if reenstated it would directly link Manchester with London as it used to and offer a great alternative to passanger lines and freight.
Also it would serve the residents of the Peak District as well as help get more tourists in and out with less congestion.
