This is to petition that all animals,including poultry allocated for slaughter be stunned in a compassionate and humane way before being slaughtered and that this rule cannot be overidden or not complied with for any reason including religious grounds and that all abattoirs and slaughter houses be fitted with CCTV cameras to help ensure that the rule is being complied with.The rule to come with a £20,000 fine for non compliance on a first offence,£100,000 on a second offence and loss of licence and ban of slaughter for the company and the premises on a third offence.The ban on the premises to include operation by different owners or companies.
