Rejected petition Make Tongue-Tie checks part of the health checks for new-borns

My son was one the of the 4-11% of babies affected by tongue tie. Upon speaking to many new parents I found that I was not alone in my experience yet they are not checking babies as part of the health checks. I ask that it is at least considers including this as part of the new-born health checks
