Rejected petition Legislation to prosecute individuals for gross neglect for victims of CSE gangs

With reference to failure to act on CSE and grooming gangs. Rather than being listened to children were arrested for drunk and disorderly. This has resulted in gang rape and even murder in some cases. There has been failure in duty to care and gross negligence e.g Telford and Rochdale
