All care companies should have, their training programmes Ofsted inspected, and assessors to hold the minimum of a teaching degree.

Currently care companies, self regulate their in house training programmes. This leaves their training programmes wide open not only to educational fraud, but also the substandard delivery and assessment of in-house training programmes. Each in-house training programme should also lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Which should be standardised internally and externally.
