Rejected petition Improve Car parking at Medway Maritime Hospital

As a regular user of Medway Maritime Hospital Car Park myself and other drivers wait up to an hour for a parking space causing many to miss appointments, roads are then blocked for Ambulances trying to get to emergencies ... please reorganise the Car Parks to reduce congestion to the Hospital
