Introduce a minimum mandatory sentence of two years imprisonment for those guilty of disability hate crimes and abuse against vulnerable adults and children.

Create specialist units within all police forces that focus on disability hate crime and abuse. These units will have officers who are available twenty four hours a day.

All officers involved in such a unit to have intense training and have the required knowledge needed to understand the role.
