all details of persons not convicted at court should be destroyed. this goes for personal details, dna, fingerprints, photos and all details taken and held by all departments (police, cps, forensic dna labs) etc as result of arrest. every single organisation which gets your details as result of being arrested (but not convicted) should be forced by law to destroy it.
