The chemical attack on the streets of Salisbury is little short of a declaration of war on Britain's right to offer safe haven to whomsoever it chooses. Our response must be much bolder than it has so far been. Putin must not be allowed to use the world cup to normalise his tyranny.

This petition seeks a debate in Parliament whose aim is to persuade the government to urge the FA to withdraw the England Football Team from the World Cup in Russia this summer and to discuss with others who have qualifying teams the possibility of doing the same.
