Children Act is causing distress, suffering, stress and harrassment for Teenagers aged over 13 years. They can speak for themselves. They should be allowed to say if they are not abused and should be listened to. They should be allowed to defend themselves against Social Services. I am asking the Government to change the Children Act and consider not to apply that to teenagers over 13 years old.
