Rejected petition No assessment for an education that we haven’t received in striking universities

61 Univeristies across the UK have been involved in extended strike action from the 22nd February onwards. This strike action has now been renewed to continue after the Easter break. As students we have been given no materials to study, and are still expected to take our examinations in the summer.

More details

14 days of strike action were organised by the UCU regarding staff pensions at the start of February.
Semester two began 1/2/18, and the strikes began on the 22/2/18, as well as the following dates, 23rd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 5th, 6th,7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th. Which has now led us to the Easter break where 14 more strike days have been announced.
These strikes are having a detrimental effect on our degrees and believe our grades should not suffer due to factors we cannot control.
