Petition Amend Highways act 1980 to allow electric powered motorcycles to use motorways

Recent developments have created high powered electric motorcycles, but as they do not have an engine with a capacity exceeding 50cc they are excluded from motorway travel. I propose that the Highways Act be amended to change the wording defining a motorcycle by power output not by engine capacity.
