Rejected petition Action to be taken for fly-tipping on Lode Hill Caravan Site lane.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge Wiltshire council to act now. The fly-tipping that takes place blocks ALL emergency services to access anyone if they were to fall ill. We have a lot of babies and young children living on here.
