Rejected petition Introduce policy in which people at Speakers Corner must not wear facecoverings

I have noticed many antagonists using the mask of a facecovering, whether it be a balaclava or scarf when in discussions and observing. With the frequent harassment and intimidation that is happening I think it's fair to the public that everyone should be able to be accounted for their actions.
