Petition Require drivers aged 70 + to undergo an annual road safety check and eye exam.

I propose that all drivers aged 70 and over should have to have annual safety assessment by a qualified driving instructor, and an eye examination by an optometrist, both of whom will submit a report to the DVLA to allow them to hold their license for the following twelve months.
