As a worker, and in full time education, I find that I have no money due to how little I get paid. I find it unjust and unexplainable as to how 2 people in the same job, doing the same thing, get paid 2 separate amounts. group, there was 30p+, its silly to think that one person earns 4.20 and another earns 7.83 for doing the EXACT same job.The reason why there is a 3.63 difference is what i'd love to know.There should be a SINGLE set minimum wage for all age groups.The UK stats for under 18 unemployment is a lot greater than other age groups, why?Due to the lack of incentive to work for 4.20/hour, it puts people off getting jobs, and it isnt due to experience, someone 26 whos never worked before still gets 7.83?
