following a report on msn news stating.. A 12-month-old baby girl has been burned after a firework hit her in the face.Many adults, children and pets are injured every year by accident and/or as part of a way of bullying. Not only does it injure people and animals of all ages it also causes dissruption to neighbourhoods across the country also frightens OAPs into going out, pets run scared and cause noise pollution from barking ect therefore leading to neighbouring complaints
