Petition Make it legal requirement to publish carbohydrate values of food in restaurants

Over 4 million people in the UK have Diabetes.
In order to give the correct dose of Insulin with a meal, it's imperative to have accurate carbohydrate values available.
Without this, a diabetic is forced to guess and could either under/over medicate which can cause life threatening complications!
