Closed Return the Road Fund Licence, back to weight of vehicle and NOT emissions.

Vehicle Road Fund licence was changed to a Green Tax with no public consultation.

The Road Fund Licence or Car Tax as it is known was based on vehicle weight NOT emissions. It needs to be returned to this. The Government encouraged people to buy diesel cars, now they want them scrapped. That is not fair when diesels are more cost efficient. What puts more pollutants directly into the air? Air travel only been around for about 100 years but has done some damage.
