Make the advisory speed limits shown on overhead traffic information signs MANDATORY and compulsory especially when there is adverse weather such as fog, snow, Ice, Hailstones, Torrential rain.

Amend the Highway Code to encourage drivers to slow down and also lengthen the gap between the vehicle in front when there is bad weather.
