Rejected petition petition for vat relief for the disabled

An act of Parliament entitles Vat relief to INDIVIDUALS with special needs. Those charities that require a piece of equipment for the benefit of a GROUP of those with special needs are not entitled. A change of law is required.

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Charities can already claim VAT relief on certain goods and building work for disabled people. We're therefore not exactly sure what further action you want the Government or Parliament to take.
