BT continue to push broadband speeds in London and elsewhere higher and higher while neglecting many other parts of the country with low speeds.

I think BT should be banned from upgrading any broadband exchange to 24Mb, 50Mb, 100Mb or anything else until 90% of the country can actually get 8MB in their homes. Many users still can't get any broadband or only 1/2Mb
