Closed Continue benefit payments while processing Universal Credit

UC is the total of all benefits that a person will claim. Once UC has been processed, and the amount payable is known, then deduct or add accordingly HB/CT/ESA etc. with the remainder being the claimant's entitlement. This will prevent risking lives/ homes or the need for food banks in the meantime.
