The House of Lords is not a true house of review and is loaded up with freeloaders by every government . Its membership runs into the 1000s , and its costs to the British taxpayer runs into excess of £100m per year with their perks .
As the Dire Straits says " Money for Nothing is history" .
End the rort now and send the Lords on their way .
