The current system leaves a vast expanse of unattended roadworks, leaving areas cordoned off without any plans for construction in the short term, possibly leaving them for weeks or months without use.

This petition suggests; the breaking down of roadworks into shorter segments to prevent the unnecessary congestion caused by the feeding of 3 lane traffic into 2 lanes, the ending of misallocation of speed cameras and the lowering of speed limits for the protection of an absent workforce.
