Rejected petition Abolish the House of Commons & Repeal the House of Lords Act 1999

The House of Commons does more to harm the United Kingdom than help and serve it. The House of Lords is made up of people who are experienced in their fields, they could do a much better job than the HoC. We must also repeal the House of Lords Act 1999 and remove peers appointed after that point.
