Rejected petition cats spread disease and are not controlled

unlike dogs which are controlled and owners accountable cats are aloud to go where they like ruining peoples gardens ,scratching peoples cars .entering peoples homes causing damage ,killing wildlife and fouling in even walled off gardens .leaving disease for children playing in there own gardens.owners and local authorities must take some form of action to stop this.people have a right to enjoy there properties and a safe place for their children to play.
