Rejected petition Make the testing of CBD Oil a formal priority on the effects it has on Cancer

There are numerous reports and evidence that Cannabis Oil has positive effects on Shrinking or destroying certain cancer cells and i believe that the public should know this by the Government doing Formal tests ASAP.
