Rejected petition Change the Law on Footballs coming over into Gardens being Given Back in Law.
Playing on the Highway is an Offence so Properties should Not be getting Balls from this Area, the other Areas are Joining Gardens which Must be Controlled by them, Owners who take Pride in their Gardens Must Not have to go to the Loss of Snapped Off Plants with Heavy Footballs running through them.

Footballs are for playing on GRASS not on Roads and other Hard Surfaces getting Impregnated by Grit which leaves Scuff Marks on Vehicles in Driveways and the Highway causing Damage, Councils have Play Areas for the above, we have had Solar Lights smashed, a Piece knocked off a Wendy House, the Wife Smacked in the face Sunbathing several times, Washing on the line Soiled.
It is a Stupid Law where you have to give back the Balls to be OVER time and time, let’s get it corrected for the Suffering
