The UK and Ireland are the only two European countries that are forced to offer and accept payments through Paypal. Buyers have been brainwashed into believing that this means of payment is the only safe one.
Sellers have to pay a fee to Paypal which includes a proportion of the buyer's postage payment. The buyer pays nothing.
